Cookie Notice

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device so it can remember things about your visit. This notice explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on this website.

The cookies we use

Essential (always on). These make the site work and remember your own choices. They set no marketing data and are not shared. They include: a record of your cookie choice, your accessibility settings (text size, contrast and so on), and a note that you have unlocked the free guides so you are not asked again.

Analytics and advertising measurement (only with your consent). When you choose “Accept analytics” we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and to measure whether our advertising is working. These cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) help us count visits and see which pages and adverts lead to a discovery call. They are set only after you consent, and not at all if you choose “Reject”.

We use Google Consent Mode, so until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no such data is sent. We do not sell your personal information.

How long analytics data is kept: user- and event-level data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, which reopens the cookie banner. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential storage may stop parts of the site working.

Third-party embeds

The booking page embeds a scheduling widget from Calendly, which lets you pick a time for a discovery call. When it loads, Calendly may set its own cookies, governed by Calendly's own privacy and cookie policies. Any page that embeds a video from another service may likewise set that service's cookies.

Changes to this notice

If we add or remove cookies from the site, we will update this notice. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
