Accessibility Statement

imiy exists to make workplaces more inclusive for neurodivergent people, so we take accessibility on our own website seriously. This statement explains how accessible the site is and how to get in touch if you hit a barrier.

How we aim to be accessible

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice, we try to make sure that the site:

• Works with a keyboard, without needing a mouse.
• Has enough contrast between text and background.
• Uses clear, plain language and generous spacing.
• Provides text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Works with screen readers and other assistive technology.
• Behaves sensibly on phones, tablets and desktops.
• Respects your system setting for reduced motion.

Known limitations

We are a small business and this site is under active development. Some pages may not yet fully meet every WCAG AA criterion. If you spot a specific problem, please let us know — we will treat accessibility fixes as a priority.

If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com — they enforce the Equality Act 2010 in relation to accessibility.

How we test the site

We combine automated accessibility checks during development with manual keyboard, screen-reader and colour-contrast checks before publishing significant changes.
